Fitness Assessments – We recommend that our customers perform a physical fitness assessment prior to receiving their UltraFast CrossTrainer® then repeat the assessment after approximately 6 weeks of using the UltraFast CrossTrainer®. We recommend this so they can gauge their conditioning improvement. This section contains feedback from customers that have shared their fitness assessment data with us.
